Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure
  • Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP load balancers for application delivery, SSL offloading, and traffic management
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco IOS and Nexus series routing and switching, including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and VLANs
  • Configure and manage Check Point and Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls, including policy management and threat prevention
  • Design and implement Azure Firewall in Azure environments, applying cloud-native network security best practices
  • Configure and manage Azure Application Gateway, including web application firewall (WAF) implementation
  • Implement and manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), including configuring, tuning, and maintaining rules and policies
  • Analyze IDPS logs and respond to security incidents
  • Configure and manage site-to-site and remote access VPNs using Cisco AnyConnect and Palo Alto GlobalProtect
  • Perform CIS hardening on network devices and conduct security assessments and remediation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Singaporean citizen due to security clearance requirement
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering
  • At least Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
  • Experience with deployment and support of Cisco SDWAN, Cisco ACI, F5 load balancers, Checkpoint or Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Experience with performing CIS hardening on network devices, perform security assessment and remediation
  • Familiar with ITIL best practices and processes
  • Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs)
  • Proficiency in dynamic routing protocols
  • Experience in implementing zero-trust network architectures
  • Skilled in cloud-native network security best practices
  • Experience in web application firewall (WAF) implementation
  • Proficient in analyzing IDPS logs and responding to security incidents
  • Scripting skills for network automation (e.g., Python, Ansible)
