Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Perform sustainability analyses to ensure systems are designed for ease of maintenance and support
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure systems remain operational and efficient
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, technical publications, and logistics information repositories
- Work closely with engineering, quality and procurement teams to ensure cost effective, timely solutions and seamless integration of RAM activities
- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues
- Provide support for training to customers and end-users
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computing or related technical field from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Good understanding of Weibull Analysis and/or other statistical methodologies
- Knowledge in Engineering, Data Science, Statistical Analysis or equivalent
- Ability to understand mechanical, electrical and electronics designs to work out maintenance tasks requirements with engineers
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present ideas, approaches, and objectives clearly
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team effectively, adjusting flexibly to different work situations
- Effective organizational and planning skills
