Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
  • Perform sustainability analyses to ensure systems are designed for ease of maintenance and support
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure systems remain operational and efficient
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, technical publications, and logistics information repositories
  • Work closely with engineering, quality and procurement teams to ensure cost effective, timely solutions and seamless integration of RAM activities
  • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues
  • Provide support for training to customers and end-users
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computing or related technical field from a recognized institution
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Good understanding of Weibull Analysis and/or other statistical methodologies
  • Knowledge in Engineering, Data Science, Statistical Analysis or equivalent
  • Ability to understand mechanical, electrical and electronics designs to work out maintenance tasks requirements with engineers
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas, approaches, and objectives clearly
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a team effectively, adjusting flexibly to different work situations
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
