Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and team in the assigned project(s)
- Responsible for the support and operations of SMRT Project Management team
- Manage and ensure project needs and issues are handled accordingly and timely
- Coordinate with other business units/vendors/partners to ensure all aspects of the IT Solutions Architect responsibilities are delivered
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prepare and document testing requirements
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations
- Build and migrate software and services across the organization
- Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products
- Communicate and consult with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions
- Identify areas where IT can be adopted to support business needs and goals
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst
- Good track record of implementing new software application projects
- Experience in developing BA tender specifications
- Good knowledge of IT solutions landscape, Project Management, and Vendor Management
- Ability to communicate and add value to IT infrastructure, application development, IT security and compliance
- Knowledge in low code platform, cloud applications and solutions
- Experience with projects using Agile methodology
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate and consult with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels
- Self-motivated and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong teamwork and good personality
