Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in defining, analyzing, and managing project requirements to fulfill their needs.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work.
- Support clients through their transformation journey by assessing restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create comprehensive reports to support client decision-making.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline from a well-ranked institution, or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role.
- Proven ability to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Experience in driving business value through strategy implementation alongside clients.
