Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering
- Willingness to work on-site on a regular basis in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments, including compliance with required attire such as smocks and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic issues and identify root causes.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills in a dynamic, onsite environment.
- Proven teamwork skills with a strong emphasis on collaboration and effective team dynamics.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Adaptable and responsive to a wide range of onsite issues, with the ability to propose practical solutions.
- Basic capability in data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support operational activities.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment, fab operations, and manufacturing processes.
