Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Willingness to work on-site on a regular basis in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments, including compliance with required attire such as smocks and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic issues and identify root causes.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills in a dynamic, onsite environment.
  • Proven teamwork skills with a strong emphasis on collaboration and effective team dynamics.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Adaptable and responsive to a wide range of onsite issues, with the ability to propose practical solutions.
  • Basic capability in data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support operational activities.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment, fab operations, and manufacturing processes.
