Key Responsibilities
- Leads the planning, executing and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and roll outs.
- Lead from front on Business Process set-up workshop by demonstrating domain/industry experience on best practices.
- Experience in leading the technical delivery of the SuccessFactors module(s), including all activities within the project delivery lifecycle
- Project Governance – monitors and controls on project scope, schedule, budget, risk & issues.
- Risk Management - Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Regularly monitoring risks and implementing contingency plans when required.
- Stakeholder Communication - Maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders
- Scope Management - Managing changes to the project scope and assessing their impacts
- Quality Assurance - Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon standards.
- Project Execution - Coordinating and supervising the work of the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that project activities are progressing as planned.
- Issue Resolution - Addressing and resolving project issues that may arise during the implementation, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
- Reporting - Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders and senior management, including progress reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any deviations from the original plan.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, including professional certifications.
Requirements
- Suitable candidate should have 6 to 10 years' experience on SAP SuccessFactors Implementation + roll out projects across Asia Pacific countries
- Shall have strong functional consulting background
- Proven experience in managing/supporting large complex environments with multiple applications versions, tools, and customers
- Strong hold on more than one SAP SuccessFactors module is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience on planning, scheduling, and driving all party meetings
- Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
- Knowledge of SAP Activate (or equivalent) methodology for SuccessFactors
- Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
- Sensitivity to working across other cultures and respects and values diversity
- Good Knowledge on PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge Processes and ITIL Processes
- Project Management Professional Certification is preferred
- Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision.
