Key Responsibilities
- Lead and actively contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) and Sales and Operations Execution (SNOE) processes
- Ensure alignment and integration between capacity planning and operational execution
- Own the Local Capacity Requirement Planning (LCRP) systems and their integration across EWS steps
- Ensure robustness and accuracy of the SNOP process at the EWS level
- Act as the capacity guardian for EWS, including sustaining governance frameworks, managing capacity disputes, and monitoring and supporting critical ramp-up activities
- Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information and recommendations to support plant operations and strategic decision-making
- Support tool evolution planning to enhance operational capabilities
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource utilization by establishing and enforcing manufacturing standards
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing and service excellence, including space utilization, equipment performance, and direct labor productivity enhancements
- Evaluate and ensure data integrity within tactical and strategic Back End tools supporting supply chain processes
- Manage change requests effectively to maintain system accuracy and relevance
- Champion the deployment and sustainment of Lean principles across all Back End and EWS organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, specifically within Semiconductor back-end manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices, with proven application in manufacturing settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Proficient in data analysis, capacity planning tools, and change management processes
- Experience in deploying and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles and culture
