Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all loads are appropriately planned and timely entered into Applied’s TMS by the managed service provider.

- Manage Service Provider and Carrier Statements of Work (SOWs), upholding Applied’s expectations for performance.

- Serve as an escalation point for TMS routing issues related to managed services provider load planning and shipment optimization.
- Drive continuous performance improvements by identifying root causes of TMS planning limitations and implementing best practices with the managed service provider.
- Manage end-to-end processes from EDI to Freight Payment, requiring cross-functional collaboration with Logistics Operations, Connectivity, and Finance Teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 - 4 Years of relevant experience in Logistics and Transportation Operations
- Proven ability to manage complex transportation networks (Bulk Air, Ocean, Bulk Ground, Parcel shipping).
- Strong understanding of physical, logical, and financial freight flows (Order Management, Warehousing, Transport Compliance).
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and use data to drive operational solutions.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
