Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all technical support aspects for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance monitoring, system installations, and improvement programs.
  • Serve as the field escalation focal point between the customer and the Division, providing technical support and documentation to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug equipment issues.
  • Provide Alpha Site support for engineering activities related to the installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, processes, or software designs.
  • Deliver Beta Site Support for the installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
  • Initiate and review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure fixes are well-supported, and follow up with field teams regarding changes.
  • Generate and present detailed system performance data, including metrics such as MTBF, MTBI, Availability, process data, and In-Warranty spending analysis.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of related engineering disciplines is required.
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Strong judgment exercised through the analysis of multiple information sources.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain difficult information and build consensus.
