Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain automation equipment such as AMHS (Automated Material Handling System), ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles).

- Prepare detailed shift reports and conduct effective passdowns.
- Execute continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Analyze equipment data to recommend advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance actions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through proper housekeeping practices.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering stakeholders to resolve production line issues promptly.
- Support automation integration projects and assist in deploying new technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related automation disciplines.
- Hands-on and safety-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic PC/software tools for equipment monitoring and reporting.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across functions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift, including night shift.
