Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand complex business processes to identify and communicate technical software requirements.
- Develop compelling business cases for the deployment of robotic and cognitive automation solutions.
- Map current state processes, design optimal solutions, implement robots, test, and deploy within client operating model transformations.
- Design process solutions adhering to standard design principles and conventions.
- Configure new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles for efficiency and maintainability.
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements through a structured change control process.
- Lead cross-service line teams for major client deliverables and projects as a Manager.
- Serve as a key business partner to high-profile clients, guiding projects from strategy through execution.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver Intelligent Automation solutions (RPA, ICR, Chatbots/Virtual Assistants, AI).
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in process mapping and solution design.
- Ability to create business cases justifying automation deployments.
- Experience leading projects and stakeholders at executive levels is beneficial for the Managerial aspect.
- Commitment to driving client value through data transformation and insight generation.
