Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver Intelligent Automation solutions (RPA, ICR, Chatbots/Virtual Assistants, AI).
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in process mapping and solution design.
  • Ability to create business cases justifying automation deployments.
  • Experience leading projects and stakeholders at executive levels is beneficial for the Managerial aspect.
  • Commitment to driving client value through data transformation and insight generation.
