Key Responsibilities
- Own product change management (PCM) and control Unreleased product approval and ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval implementation.
- Implement PCN (Part Change Notification) with Global Product Support and provide guidance on field service impact of part/supplier changes.
- Ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs (Bill of Materials) through CaRM reviews and NSR approval.
- Own common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC.
- Implement component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
- Facilitate Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
- Manage all post-release product changes driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolescence.
