Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive cross-functional cost saving projects to achieve corporate business goals
- Manage cost control and present findings to Fab GM and Senior Management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with exposure to wafer fab operations
- Prior experience in capacity planning, cycle time management, WIP control, and productivity optimization within a fab environment
- Strong knowledge of IE methodologies (line balancing, bottleneck management, cost modelling)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and systems (JMP, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, MES such as PROMIS)
- Good communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- High level of accountability, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
