Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective product planning and forecasting processes, including re‑engineering and automating manual activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage Asia Pacific SIOP planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites, driving consistency and continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate monthly AP SIOP planning meetings and actively participate in planning, operations review, and project discussions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and affiliate countries to gather and align critical planning inputs.
- Maintain planning procedures and process documentation to ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
- Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning, SIOP, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related planning role.
- A strong understanding of forecasting, production planning, and cross‑functional supply chain processes.
- The ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop practical planning solutions.
- Effective presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional and regional teams.
- Experience working with enterprise planning or ERP systems.
- A background or strong exposure to manufacturing or operations environments.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical), business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
- Exposure to Oracle is beneficial but not required.
