Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective product planning and forecasting processes, including re‑engineering and automating manual activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and affiliate countries to gather and align critical planning inputs.
Maintain planning procedures and process documentation to ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning, SIOP, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related planning role.
A strong understanding of forecasting, production planning, and cross‑functional supply chain processes.
The ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop practical planning solutions.
Effective presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional and regional teams.
Experience working with enterprise planning or ERP systems.
A background or strong exposure to manufacturing or operations environments.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical), business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
Exposure to Oracle is beneficial but not required.
