Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback
  • Assist colleagues in planning site learning events and explore opportunities for learning journeys to other companies
  • Support site communications related to training / learning events

Requirements

  • Current student enrolled in Diploma from an accredited local polytechnic, open to disciplines including Business, Information Systems, Engineering or Sciences
  • Must be enrolled at a SG polytechnic for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
  • Written and spoken fluency in English
  • A lively interest in science, the commercial world and the biopharma industry
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other relevant software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and other relevant applications preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and report on outcomes
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
