Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real time problem analysis i) Equipment Alarms/failure, alarms, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, Defect failure, and FDC failure & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & through studying past cases.
- Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
- Implement more user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures & TPM.
- All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details.
- Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time, and implement actions to prevent re-occurance.
- Set up preventive action/solution and robust system to maintain good quality.
- Support training of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials, as well as training of OJT trainers(line).
- Provide APE/PT with training to help them to improve skills.
Requirements
- Diploma 3 years or above of process experience.
- Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment.
- Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift.
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite.
- English business proficiency.
