Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with New Product Development teams to clarify engineering drawing requirements and ensure effective communication with suppliers.

- Support quality problem resolutions and incident management by leading root cause analysis and correction actions.
- Evaluate technical requirements for new and existing products, recommending materials to Design Engineering based on cost savings, lead time reduction, or risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in supplier engineering, manufacturing engineering, or mechanical engineering within manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, casting, precision assembly)
- Proficiency in interpreting and validating engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis)
- Experience in supplier audits, capability assessments, and production readiness evaluations
- Strong project management skills to drive cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives
