Key Responsibilities

Drive technology scouting and adoption, guiding engineers in evaluating and recommending proven condition monitoring technologies that enhance safety, reliability, or maintenance efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes, integration of data streams, and effective coordination of condition‑based maintenance efforts

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Building and Facilities Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution
5 years’ working experience in managing large groups of maintenance workforce
Strong understanding of Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Prior knowledge of railway track and/or civil structure will be beneficial
Excel and Power BI skills for analysis of data, tracking and visualization of business performance
Fluent in English, ability to converse in Malay and Mandarin will be beneficial
Comfortable with communicating to large audiences
Comfortable with people management
Strong planning skills and high on conscientiousness
