Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry with Wet process background and strong organizational and technical skills with demonstrated success in engagement with global teams
  • Possess a deep understanding of the process technologies such as Vapor etch, wet strip, Dry strip, selective chemical etching, etc
  • Experience with fixing process issues, implementing corrective actions, and supporting technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing
  • Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to take calculated risks challenging oneself and others to execute on new solutions
  • Must offer strategic thinking within the context of the PD leadership team in topics of team engagement, group morale, conducive working atmosphere and work culture
  • Familiarity with electrical evaluation methods and Fab metrology tools, such as CD-SEM, thickness measurement instruments, and particle counters
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, SOP development, and compliance with safety and quality standards
  • PhD or equivalent degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. Exceptional Masters/Bachelors candidates with extensive relevant experience will be considered
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in WET Process research and development in semiconductor TD
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-functional collaboration and project-level leadership
  • Strong record of technical contributions, publications, or patents in relevant domains (preferred)
