Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed EFA analysis using SOM, Thermal Microscope, FIB, SEM, AFP, XRM, CSAM, and OM analytical tools, generating comprehensive EFA reports upon job completion.
- Provide FA advice and support to Fab Ops and TD regarding defect Pareto build-up for yield enhancement activities and root cause investigation of line issues and customer returns.
- Develop novel failure analysis techniques to support emerging technologies.
- Mentor Engineers, Sr. AE/AEs on skillset development and establish EFA analysis Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain EFA equipment upkeep, ensuring high tool uptime, safety compliance, and proper housekeeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Engineering or Sciences with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Electrical parameters, IC testing, fault diagnosis, and failure analysis techniques.
- Strong ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in IC failure analysis and/or chemical analysis.
- Possession of strong interpersonal skills.
