Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s EHS Management System (EHSMS) by managing administrative processes and designing training.
- Support EHS maintenance based on ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RBA, and other customer requirements.
- Support internal and external EHS audits and follow up on corrective measures with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement WSH programs and drive compliance using various WSH tools and resources.
- Conduct incident investigations and reporting.
- Support and conduct workplace risk assessments, environmental aspect impact studies, and related training.
Requirements
- Degree in WSHO related field.
- 2-5 years of working experience as a WSHO officer OR obtain at least Level C WSH Officer course.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Good knowledge of local authorities’ requirements (NEA, SCDF, SPF, PUB).
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas when necessary.
