Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in troubleshooting and providing first-level support to GBS staff and customers
- Manage and resolve application-related queries, including investigation, follow-up, and issue resolution for customers
- Review the performance of processes in GBS and recommend/follow up on areas for improvement
- Delegate technical requests to relevant support personnel and ensure timely issue resolution
- Assist in data migration activities for companies adopting the new SAP platform
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Functional Supports
- 4-6 years of experience within service operations/service management area (in 2 or more business processes/areas)
- Minimum 2 years required for cross-border service delivery
- Strong knowledge in SAP FI/CO Functional Supports and SAP implementation projects
