Key Responsibilities
- Process Development Design and develop and deliver process package to meet product specification requirements as per program targets and timelines
- Characterize the processes using appropriate techniques (SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM, etc.)
- Design and implement experiments, analyze data and present it in the appropriate forums
- Improve process maturity, capability and sustain processes in the fab under your ownership
- Update the Fab engineers on customer issues and technology needs
- Delivering advanced technology to meet future product nodes
- Developing recipes to meet structural & electrical requirements
