Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise data models and reporting frameworks

- Drive reporting automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Design and develop complex PowerBI dashboards with multi-layered data models
- Write advanced DAX measures and calculated columns

- Integrate multiple data sources into structured semantic models
- Optimize performance for large and complex datasets
- Deliver executive-level dashboards with drill-down, dynamic filtering, and advanced analytics and visualization logic leveraging machine learning and AI models
- Develop workflow automation using Power Automate
- Build business applications using Power Apps
Requirements
- Proven track record of independently delivering complex, enterprise-scale BI solutions
- Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and scalable analytics architecture
- Ability to design analytical solutions beyond basic reporting use cases
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end dashboard delivery, from data ingestion through production deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous and complex data challenges into clear analytical frameworks
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional and global environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cost information systems, including SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P)
- Highly collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
