Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Engineering related studies.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical environment within the capital equipment, or aviation or manufacturing industries.
  • Minimum 1 years of supervisory experience managing a highly skilled technician workforce
  • Practical, hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing, including mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Willing and able to work on an 8-hour fixed night shift schedule
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen or other continuous improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated capability in resource planning and team management.
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech capital equipment manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing systems and automation.
