Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the Finance data governance framework and roadmap across the Finance organization.
- Implement and maintain financial data standards, guidelines, and controls to ensure compliance, data quality, and alignment with business requirements.
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze, resolve, and escalate data‑related issues and inquiries.
- Manage and deliver assigned data initiatives or project workstreams, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Apply structured analysis to investigate complex or ambiguous data issues and recommend practical solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience across finance, data, or related business functions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, professional, and executive‑ready presentations.
- Minimum of 2 years of project or initiative management experience, working with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of end‑to‑end management reporting processes and financial data flows.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Effective communication skills, with experience working in cross‑functional and cross‑cultural environments.
- Experience with SAP, BPC, and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to data governance, finance transformation, or large‑scale reporting initiatives.
- Project management or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with data management concepts, processes, and design principles.
- Experience supporting master data, metadata, reference data, or data quality management activities.
