Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Analytics for Compliance: Design, build, and deploy analytics models and dashboards that automate compliance checks, flag anomalies, and provide real-time insights into procurement and payment activities.

  • System Enhancement & Process Improvement: Work closely with the Procure-to-Pay system provider to troubleshoot system bugs, address design flaws, and ensure seamless deployment of enhancements and change requests.
  • Drive the replacement and upgrade of existing tools/solutions to achieve better controls, streamlined processes, and improved user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Procurement and Expenditure teams to understand pain points and requirements, translating them into analytics solutions.
  • Provide training and support to users on new analytics tools and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in procurement-related role with some accounting knowledge.
  • Demonstrate tech-savviness, with deep understanding of system controls and hands-on experience developing analytics solutions for compliance monitoring and spend analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on delivering results and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proficient in systems such as SAP, electronic procurement systems, and data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
