Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for ServiceNow implementations
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality of ServiceNow solutions
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
- Provide test status reports and metrics to project stakeholders
- Support UAT and production validation activities
Requirements
- Experience in testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, ServiceNow ATF)
- Experience in financial services or banking domain is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation
