Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Experience in the demand planning area - Advantage
  • Proficiency in forecasting tools and platforms (Excel, SQL, Python, QLIK, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in project management - Advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with AI/ML forecasting models and Python and its associated libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, Prophet) is a plus
  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
