Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
  • Understand the customers' requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
  • Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
  • Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to resolve any issues till delivery to customers.
  • Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in order processing, coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
  • Solid understanding of logistics.
