Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
- Understand the customers' requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
- Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
- Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
- Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to resolve any issues till delivery to customers.
- Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in order processing, coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
- Solid understanding of logistics.
- Details oriented team player
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
