Key Responsibilities
- Architect strategic transformation agendas alongside clients to address core business issues.
- Drive business value through the execution and implementation of AI & Data solutions for FS clients (Banking/Insurance).
- Identify client business requirements, overall strategy, and opportunities for process efficiency through in-depth research.
- Develop draft pitch proposals including storyboarding, data analysis, opportunity sizing, and fee estimates.
- Facilitate client workshops to conduct current state assessments and design future state roadmaps.
- Conduct extensive desktop and on-the-ground research, including market sizing and competitive benchmarking.
- Assess restructuring of operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline service delivery.
- Lead and develop diverse, high-performing teams while managing key objectives for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consulting or a related field, ideally within Financial Services.
- Ability to drive business transformation initiatives using AI & Data.
- Strong background in problem-solving and solution implementation for complex business challenges.
- Experience leading client engagements from strategic concept to execution.
- Proficiency in conducting data analysis and creating high-quality reports/work products.
- Ability to build productive relationships and networks with senior stakeholders.
