Key Responsibilities
- Executing daily preventive maintenance, inspections and basic troubleshooting of the Muratec AMHS system components
- Conducting daily preventive maintenance and inspections on OHT track, OHT vehicles, OHBs, OLUSs, Lifters and AMRs
- Performing battery changes on AMRs twice per shift
- Responding promptly to alarms and faults, performing basic troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintaining cleanroom standards during all maintenance activities
- Accurately documenting maintenance activities, faults and repairs
- Supporting the team in emergency breakdowns and assisting with equipment troubleshooting
- Adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols
Requirements
- Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field preferred
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automated material handling equipment is a plus
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
