Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in layout planning & optimization and tool movement execution in semiconductor industry
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Civil or related discipline
  • Advance Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in M365 Apps (such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc) and collaboration tools (Confluence, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft SharePoint, etc)
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze constraints, evaluate tradeoffs, and support data-driven decisionmaking in layout planning
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive actions and alignment with crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Physically able to work inside a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom attire (smock, hood, gloves, boots) and performing onsite checks such as layout validations and equipment-area walkthroughs
  • Demonstrated at least 1 year of leadership experience as project lead or team lead
  • Hands-on experience in training multiple new hires
  • Hands-on experience in AI (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation, etc) tools in augmenting work delivery in tactical or project settings
