Key Responsibilities
- Responding to ERT and Security alerts and ensuring that gowning room logistics are adequate when evacuation occurs
- Responding to contamination alarms and reporting abnormal conditions to engineering and other stakeholders
- Sampling various areas of the Fab for contamination (swab, bacteria, airborne and liquid particles and airborne molecular contamination) and working with the chemical lab to have the samples analyzed and obtaining the data in a timely manner
- Ensuring that real time monitoring systems are operating and recording properly
- Carrying out primary investigation on contamination issues and providing contamination data to engineering for analysis
- Carrying out primary investigation on contamination control analyzers
- Completing special projects as well as supporting contamination control engineering projects
- Ensuring team members are practicing approved cleanroom protocol
- Acting as contamination control resources to the Fab, Probe, Facilities and other supporting groups
- Being a contributing member in your area of responsibilities
Requirements
- Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Diploma is preferred or related field of study
- Must be able to work in cleanroom environment
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse variety of people
- Basic proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of analytical technique, such as Ion chromatography, gas chromatography and particle analyzers, etc. is a plus
- Must be able to work a 12-hourly shift and open to night shift
