Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and govern international and enterprise employee benefits programs across multiple regions in alignment with company strategy

  • Support M&A activities through diligence, data, and integration support; translate strategic planning decisions into executable guidance for regional teams and local HR

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills with experience influencing management and building consensus and business partnerships
  • Experience managing global or multi-country benefits programs, ideally across Asia and Europe
  • Background working with a global broker or consulting firm (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson) or managing those relationships internally
  • Experience in global technology or high-growth multinational environments; familiarity with global benefits platforms, HRIS systems, or benefits analytics and reporting tools
  • Master's Level Degree and 6 years of related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree and 8 years of related work experience
