Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and brand strategies aligned with institutional business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations for social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), including editorial planning, scheduling, and community management.
  • Lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality, on-brand content (infographics, short-form videos, newsletters, and success stories).
  • Collaborate with researchers to translate technical scientific work into accessible, accurate, and engaging digital content.
  • Protect and strengthen the Institute’s brand identity across all digital touchpoints to ensure absolute consistency.
  • Monitor and analyse channel performance, providing regular reports with actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimise growth.
  • Drive the digital promotion of events, webinars, publications, and strategic partnerships through targeted campaigns.
  • Provide support for outreach and event management tasks, from small workshops to large-scale conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management or brand marketing, preferably within a scientific, academic, or tech-heavy environment.
  • Proven experience managing institutional or corporate social media accounts (B2B or Research/Tech experience preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a flair for making complex technical topics clear and compelling.
  • Proven track record in social media strategy, audience growth, and meaningful community engagement.
  • Proficiency in content production tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and report on ROI to management.
