Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E & Building Systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and BMS.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and energy usage.
- Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot faults, and respond to tenant feedback with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance contracts, procurement processes, and vendor performance in compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Support asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), upgrading works, and equipment lifecycle replacement.
- Review and manage tenant fit-out and renovation works, including technical submissions and testing & commissioning.
- Provide technical support for mall operations and events.
- Supervise technicians and contractors to ensure high standards of engineering operations.
- Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc), Support Environmental Health Safety (EHS) compliance, including Permit-to-Work (PTW), risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Carry out duties such as ECO Manager, Assistant FSM/ FSM or any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager from time to time.
