Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in manufacturing capability and efficiency in areas of responsibility
- Drive sites globally to ensure alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives
- Ensure strategy and roadmap are aligned to improvement in big rock performance
- Define equipment roadmap to meet requirements and track alignment decisions
- Hold accountability for decisions when sites deviate from the roadmap/path
- Interface with procurement global supplier account managers to ensure technical requirements feed into procurement strategies
- Interface with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers to ensure process safety requirements are met
- Interface with strategic suppliers to ensure priorities are aligned to operations objectives and area strategy/roadmap
- Leverage suppliers as resources for Operations
- Deliver Industry Benchmark Methods at the Lowest Cost in Area(s) of Responsibility
- Execute quarterly internal benchmarking to identify gaps in performance
- Prioritize gaps to meet site and corporate business plan needs
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence by indirect leadership to drive resourcing to critical projects
- Proven capability in dealing with complexity and utilizing resources effectively to bring clarity to required actions
- Record of performance excellence for current area of responsibility
- Recognized as having demonstrated successful leadership characteristics in present and past jobs

- Experience managing large, multi-layer groups that encompass a variety of disciplines

- Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, technology or related field of study
- 10+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
- 4+ years at Management/Leadership at or above Senior Manager level
- 4+ years at Technical experience at or above Member of Technical Staff (MTS) equivalent
