Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • >5 year's relevant experience for PhD, >8 years for Degree/Masters.
  • Wafer Fab device engineering ownership experience is required, preferably in RF devices.
  • Strong in semiconductor device physics.
  • Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
  • RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
  • Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
  • Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
