Key Responsibilities
- Device engineering lead in development, optimization, characterization and qualification of semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements.
- DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.
- Partner process integration engineers to improve device performance.
- Work with TCAD engineers to predict device results.
- Own and drive technical device problem solving.
- Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
- Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
- Innovate new methods of continuous device improvement.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Requirements
- Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- >5 year's relevant experience for PhD, >8 years for Degree/Masters.
- Wafer Fab device engineering ownership experience is required, preferably in RF devices.
- Strong in semiconductor device physics.
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
- RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
- Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
