Key Responsibilities
- The intern will be responsible in the following: 1.
- Learn, participate and contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for properties' acquisition and asset enhancement projects.
- Conduct research and create database for regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement to different types of properties.
- Learning Outcomes: 1) Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes, full cycle of project management which include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure and different regulations in different countries.

- Digitalise current processes to reduce steps and time required to generate a good proposal and for ease of sharing and use in any countries.
- Proficient in using internet for research and ability to validate the data.
