Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into project plans and program roadmaps.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Procurement.
- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in program management.
- Proven experience in program delivery, change management.
- Skilled in Power Automate, O365, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management tools e.g. Azure, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates proficiency in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
