Key Responsibilities
- Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF-16949 and ISO-17025), WHS- RA (Workplace, Health & Safety – Risk Assessment), Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity) and 5S.
- Manage the laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys (Troubleshooting, Buy-off, TPM scheduling, Maju/Lean Program, PM reports, Supplier/ GPO liaising, PR/PO management, etc.)
- Manage and improve Lab Equipment Failure history, uptime and downtime.
- Manage new tool introduction into the Lab which includes layout, etc.
- Ensure implementation of Lab Support procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place.
- Develop new methodologies/improvement through Lean concept / Engineering.
- Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical / Microelectronics / Material / Chemical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevance experience will be preferred.
- Strong Interest in problem solving related to equipment, safety, 5S and security.
- Possess good communication skills to collaborate with all levels of people internally and externally.
- Able to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision.
- Fast learner, independent and able to work in a cross functional team.
