Key Responsibilities

Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF-16949 and ISO-17025), WHS- RA (Workplace, Health & Safety – Risk Assessment), Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity) and 5S.
Manage the laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys (Troubleshooting, Buy-off, TPM scheduling, Maju/Lean Program, PM reports, Supplier/ GPO liaising, PR/PO management, etc.)
Manage and improve Lab Equipment Failure history, uptime and downtime.
Manage new tool introduction into the Lab which includes layout, etc.
Ensure implementation of Lab Support procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place.
Develop new methodologies/improvement through Lean concept / Engineering.
Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers.

Requirements

Degree in Electronics/Electrical / Microelectronics / Material / Chemical/Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years relevance experience will be preferred.
Strong Interest in problem solving related to equipment, safety, 5S and security.
Possess good communication skills to collaborate with all levels of people internally and externally.
Able to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision.
Fast learner, independent and able to work in a cross functional team.
