Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial accounting, reporting, general ledger, fixed assets, audit, and tax to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain the general ledger, manage fixed assets and leases, and coordinate month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of management reports in compliance with Southeast Asia Finance (“SEA Finance”) timelines.
  • Prepare month-end closing reports and schedules promptly, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Perform analytical reviews of profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and trend analysis.
  • Maintain detailed records of all company-owned assets, including equipment, vehicles, and property.
  • Address queries from business units (“BU”) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Raise ServiceNow requests to the Shared Service Team ("GFS") for journal postings.

Requirements

  • Recognised diploma in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications such as ACCA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
