Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, general ledger, fixed assets, audit, and tax to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain the general ledger, manage fixed assets and leases, and coordinate month-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports in compliance with Southeast Asia Finance (“SEA Finance”) timelines.
- Prepare month-end closing reports and schedules promptly, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform analytical reviews of profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and trend analysis.
- Maintain detailed records of all company-owned assets, including equipment, vehicles, and property.
- Address queries from business units (“BU”) and ensure timely resolution.
- Raise ServiceNow requests to the Shared Service Team ("GFS") for journal postings.
Requirements
- Recognised diploma in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications such as ACCA.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
