Offer Procurement Leader

Key Responsibilities

• The Offer Procurement Leader (OPL) is responsible for providing procurement leadership and support to end to end offer lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with global procurement strategies while delivering competitive cost, supply resilience, and supplier innovation.
• The role is responsible for driving sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management at the early stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring that procurement requirements are integrated early in project development.
• The OPL ensures effective risk management across the supply chain, including delivery, quality, and supplier capacity during project phases, while securing the best commercial conditions and protecting Schneider Electric's interests through robust contractual frameworks.
• This role includes a transversal responsibility to coordinate semiconductor supplier representatives, fostering collaboration to drive electronic excellence, innovation, negotiation support, and supply resilience, bringing additional value to projects and strengthening the company's competitiveness What will you do?
