Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets for physical security technology deployments.
- Track projects, report status updates, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams (IT, Facilities, Finance, HR, Legal, EHS) and external vendors.
- Prepare, review, and approve design packages for physical security systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and business requirements.
- Oversee the selection, procurement, and installation of appropriate physical security equipment and materials.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to ensure all project deliverables meet high technical standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and proactively resolving concerns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing physical security projects within CCURE and Avigilon systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, video management, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
- Proven ability to manage projects from design through commissioning/deployment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, SmartSheets, CAD, BlueBeam).
- Knowledge of construction and facility management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
