  • Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades
  • Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance during design and construction phases
  • Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
  • Eliminate single points of failure and enhance system resilience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in High, Medium, and Low Voltage Electrical Systems
  • Experience in Design, Maintenance, and Operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems
  • Proficiency in ETAP software
  • Familiarity with IEC standards
  • Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facilities systems
