Key Responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning for technology programs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
