Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critical SPC charts daily and analyze process data using Cp and Cpk indices.
- Perform process window studies and develop improvement plans to reduce OOC and enhance CPK.
- Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, and sort yield using JMP and Klarity ACE.
- Create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
- Manage recipe uploads, verification, and compliance checks using RMS.
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec updates in coordination with ECN.
- Setup and troubleshoot recipes/job files across all metrology tools within the Module.
- Establish CAS procedures and collaborate with other departments for complex issue resolution.
- Startup and qualify new processes and equipment within scheduled timelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics related major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Diffusion (implant & Furnace) Process.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player.
- High level of integrity with strong ownership and accountability.
- Passion for the semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
