Key Responsibilities
- Support, manage and provide solutions to SAP SD & MM Modules
- Perform configuration changes to SAP modules according to business requirements
- Provide SAP Functional (SD/MM) configuration to accommodate design requirements
- Troubleshoot operational issues and work with infrastructure team to ensure system uptime > 99%
- Drive continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve assigned KPIs
- Manage SAP related projects from design and prototyping through post-production support
- Ensure ERP system complies with SOX security requirements and maintain Risk Control Management documentation
- Coordinate with company auditors for ITGC & ITAC RFI and address remediation
- Evaluate, test and approve proposed changes to applications in the assigned area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant experiences in SAP environment
- Completed at least 2 full SAP implementation cycles
- Strong understanding of overall SAP R/3 features and functionalities
- Mandatory experience in SD/MM modules; experience in PP module is a plus
- Experience in supporting SOX audits
- Certified SAP Consultant in SD or MM preferred
- S/4 HANA experience is preferred
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process and Project Management
- Proficiency in Business Process mapping and ABAP programming skills are a plus
