Key Responsibilities
- Drive presales consulting by translating complex customer requirements into high-performance SCADA architectures across APAC.
- Manage the development and validation of technical proposals, ensuring WinCC OA solutions are feasible, scalable, and commercially viable.
- Provide expert application engineering support by designing bespoke software structures for industries including aerospace, automotive, and large-scale infrastructure.
- Serve as the regional escalation point for 2nd and 3rd level technical troubleshooting to ensure customer success post-implementation.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to align regional market needs with the global industrial software roadmap.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Computer Science from a recognized technical university.
- Extensive experience in SCADA system design and engineering.
- Deep proficiency with WinCC OA or similar object-oriented SCADA platforms is preferred.
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of testing and commissioning industrial automation components in manufacturing environments.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
